Rules which apply during Convention
- ID badges must be worn at all times in clear view. Those not in possession of a badge will be asked to pay to gain entry to all events.
- Delegates are asked to comply with the wishes of the organising committee, stewards and volunteers
- No 'fifth wheeling' - joining in without invitation when a quartet is singing
- Silence must be observed while singers are tuning up and performing on stage
- Children under the age of 5 are not permitted into the Competitions or Concerts
- All performers must adhere to the programme times.
- Food and/beverages may not be taken into the auditorium
- Cameras and/or recording equipment of any kind must not be used in the auditorium.
- Smoking is not allowed in any Irish public building, bar, restaurant or transport system
- IABS cannot be held responsible for any loss or injury suffered at the Convention
- Mobile phones must be switched off in the auditorium at all times
