The Sandbars
Formed in January of 2016, The Sandbars are all from Sligo and love to entertain audiences with their mixed repertoire of barbershop and acapella. The Sandbars are the 2018 IABS National Male Quartet gold medallists and while the usual corporate and charity work will be a component of the quartet’s activity, the challenge of competitive quartet singing together with the fun & love of Barbershop is the real motivation behind this quartet’s activities. The Sandbars are looking forward to IABS Convention in 2024 and wish the committee every success. The Sandbars are, Martin Donoghue – Tenor; Gerry Farrell – Lead; Michael Goodman – Bass; and Seán Martin – Baritone.
